Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during overnight shifts
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete, demolition, and framing operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Participate in equipment maintenance and site cleanup activities
- Complete daily inspection reports and progress documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Support emergency response procedures during off-hours operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic familiarity with hand/power tools and construction materials
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift operations
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Pass pre-employment physical and background screening
