Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, tamping, and concrete placement.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and crew members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
