Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including demolition, site cleanup, and preparation.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure the construction site remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in site layout when directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on job sites at heights.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
