Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the project supervisor.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
