Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and distribution of construction materials on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up forms.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and holding materials for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
