Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist with excavation, digging, and trenching for foundations.
- Operate basic construction tools (hand and power) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform general cleanup duties, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Support skilled craft professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
