Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for use on site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, hauling, and pouring concrete as directed.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for measuring and interpreting instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
