Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with daily operations and projects.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on various surfaces.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
