Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing, digging, and leveling.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and distribute them to the work area.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe job site.
- Clean up debris and maintain a tidy work area at the end of each shift.
- Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, framers) with daily tasks.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not strictly required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we offer on-the-job training.
