Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials such as lumber, bricks, concrete, and drywall.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various construction tasks.
- Operate power tools including saws, drills, and compressors safely.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and on-site protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures (OSHA).
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and varying shifts.
