Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general physical labor tasks at construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and stock them as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
