Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise project execution
- Perform physical tasks including digging, carrying, and assembling structures
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
