Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and cleanup as directed by the site supervisor.
- Operate basic construction equipment (manual labor).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Charlotte, NC.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team.
