Responsibilities

  • Perform physical tasks on job sites, including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and loading/unloading trucks.
  • Operate basic construction tools and equipment (e.g., saws, drills, levels) safely and efficiently under supervision.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with specific project duties.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
  • Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred but not required).
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred; however, a high school diploma is not mandatory for qualified applicants.
