Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light equipment safely
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Participate in project-specific training sessions
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early morning/weekend shifts as needed
