Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including demolition, excavation, and site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and transport them to work sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring debris is removed and areas are ready for construction.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or schematics when directed.
- Help in concrete pouring, framing, or drywall installation as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
