Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with proper safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, lifting, and installation
- Perform concrete finishing, trenching, and site cleanup tasks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
- Complete daily inspection reports and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 or OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites within 30-mile radius
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Must have own basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, gloves)
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours
