Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks.
- Support framing, drywalling, or concrete finishing as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
