Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials (wood, steel, concrete) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under close supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Clean and prepare work areas for daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Experience in construction is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
