Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in both residential and commercial settings. We are looking for a problem-solver who takes pride in their craft and adheres to the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations of electrical wiring, lighting, and control systems according to National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and solution options.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
