Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic schematics when required.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as project needs arise.
