Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job site conditions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – we train! Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Fresno area
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
