Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, loading, and hauling materials on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and supply vehicles.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup after work hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
