Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site activities.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or site plans.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 75 lbs).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team setting.
