Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general maintenance.
- Load and unload building materials, lumber, and tools from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Help skilled tradespeople with framing, roofing, or concrete pouring tasks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Transport materials to and from work areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not always required).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
