Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under strict supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, concrete finishing, or site preparation as needed.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
