Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and cleanup
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites in metro Atlanta
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic hand tool experience a plus
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
