Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and framers) with daily operations.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (Job Site 5S).
- Follow all blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations strictly.
- Perform basic digging, trenching, and concrete finishing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License is highly preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with basic construction terminology is a plus.
