Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain organized and clean job sites throughout project phases
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and specifications
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Valid driver's license preferred (some positions require CDL)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculation
- Reliable transportation to job sites across CA/FL
