Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and distribute them to designated areas.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical strength and stamina required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and site rules.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates.
