Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Support demolition, excavation, and foundation work as needed
- Participate in team-based construction tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
- Basic communication skills for team collaboration
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
