Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations under site supervision
- Install and remove construction materials, tools, and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform site prep work including trenching, backfilling, and compaction
- Document daily progress and material usage accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
