Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Operate machinery like forklifts and excavators (with certification)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- 1+ year construction experience preferred but not required
