Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with construction activities
- Maintain clean and organized job site areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports and time sheets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools required
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Availability for 10-hour shifts (6am-4pm)
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
