Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and supplies with precision.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and hand tools under the direction of a supervisor.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, grading, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Read and interpret basic site plans and instructions.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
