Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and masons, with various on-site tasks.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and clearing debris.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
