Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Load and unload materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Signal operators of heavy equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
