Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and site organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors strictly.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Assist with basic site preparation, including digging, taping, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
