Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Load, transport, and unload construction materials to and from the job site.
- General Labor: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintenance: Clean construction sites, remove debris, and ensure the area is safe and organized.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Support: Assist with digging, pouring concrete, and performing basic site measurements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
