Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with basic carpentry or masonry duties.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks for long hours.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
