Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carpentry, framing, and finishing work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure project accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is required.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on weekends as needed.
