Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, loading/unloading materials, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with equipment operation and material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Maintain organized work areas and proper tool inventory
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Assist in erecting temporary structures and scaffolding
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites
