Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials on job sites.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction areas, ensuring the site remains organized.
- Load and unload trucks and construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support skilled trade professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with specific project tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- No history of substance abuse (subject to background check).
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
