Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction projects.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and haul materials efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we train!
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Physically fit and capable of working in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
