Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare job sites for construction activities.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack lumber, bricks, and other building materials safely.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment such as pressure washers, generators, and small lifts under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Trade Assistance: Support electricians, plumbers, and carpenters by fetching tools and carrying supplies.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
