Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across LA/TX
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
