Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery (forklift, jackhammer) as trained.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks on-site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and concrete work as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
