Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, cleanup, and safety compliance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for accurate execution
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) with proper training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
