Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties and site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and project managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
