Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, loading/unloading, and equipment operation
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (training provided) for cutting, digging, and material preparation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks under supervisor guidance
- Transport materials and equipment via wheelbarrows, carts, or light machinery
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Participate in team briefings and safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Must be 18+ years old and possess valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth/Dallas area
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional weekends
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions and teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
